    I'm posting this ad for my friend-Scara who's an English speaking hair stylist. Not only is she very talented, she is also fun, sweet and service-minded.  The deco of her studio is stylishly warm and cozy, unlike most of the local hair salons in town.  I recommended some Westerners there and they all speak highly about her service and talent.
