Looking for a roommate *Move in July 24-30*

    We will have one room available in our 2 bedroom apartment with a
    flexible move in date in late July.

    It’s a new building on Meishu East 4th with a swimming pool, exercise
    room, and a view of the mountain.  The     apartment has one bathroom, a
    large kitchen/dining/living room area, balcony, and washing machine.

    The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and closet. We’re a
    15 minute walk/5 minute drive from Kaohsiung Arena MRT and the Art
    Museum.

    Rent is 5000NT/month, with guard fee the total is 5625/month.  There
    is a 2 month security deposit (10,000) required to move in and our
    utilities are very cheap.

    The current roommate is female, full time student at Jhong Shan
    University, and part time English teacher.  We cannot have any pets in
    the house and non-smokers are preferred.  Call or email to set up a
